Avoca Cottages first opened for business in November 2001, to accommodate the fast growing tourism industry in the Pyrenees Ranges wine-growing region. Avoca is also central to the Goldfields region and the Grampians National Park.

The Cottages are beautifully positioned within well kept lawns and landscaped gardens. In the central outdoor entertainment area, guests may avail themselves of the excellent facilities to enjoy their own BBQ breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Floodlit at night, with optional outdoor gas heating in cooler months, the area features an elevated decking looking out across the Avoca Golf Course and the Avoca River. The surrounding gracious river gums are home to a number of native bird species; and the tranquil panorama is beautiful and relaxing. A great place to catch the sun and sip your favourite local wine, or share a meal with friends.

The design of, and views from, the Cottages further enhances the relaxed, easy-living atmosphere. Avoca Cottages are spacious, comfortable and well equipped – appealing to couples, families and groups.

We are proud to have several regular bookings with companies running training programs and sporting groups hosting social get-togethers, enjoying our venue and the further facilities of Avoca township.

Under new management from February 2007, we are looking at expanding our services to include Health Retreat options such as Sauna and Hydrotherapy.

Excellent in-house Massage is available. Pamper yourself or further enhance the relaxation of your new body and mind. Our professional masseur has over 16 years experience as a Myotherapist and can be booked through our office.

All facilities are wheelchair accessible.
