Avoca is a comfortable 2 hour drive from just
about anywhere in Melbourne. Travel west along the Western Highway
and proceed past the first Ballarat turnoff a further 16 kilometers
- then take the Sunraysia Highway (B220) for Avoca/Mildura.
Avoca is 60 kilometers along the Sunraysia
Highway, passing through the townships of Learmonth, Waubra, and
Lexton.

of two night's stay is preferred. All long weekends and
regional events etc must be a minimum of two nights.
(Christmas & Easter periods minimum of three nights).

times are strictly 10.30am. Late check out can be
arranged by request and may attract additional costs.
